Well-prepared documentation increases buyer confidence and reduces delays during due diligence.
At a minimum, Sellers should ideally prepare:
Traffic analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent)
Revenue proof (affiliate or advertising network screencaps/exports, payment processor reports, dashboard screencaps)
Financials or P&L statements (Expense breakdowns and net profit calculations)
Optional but suggested:
Domain ownership confirmation
Hosting and technical overview
Monetization agreements or affiliate terms (if applicable)
Standard operating procedures (optional but highly recommended)
Having these ready before listing often leads to faster sales and stronger offers.
