How much is your commission?
We only charge if we are successful selling your property! Our base commission is 10% on the first $1,000,000 and 5% on any remaining sale amount over that. Read More Here
How long will it take for my website to sell?
Average sale times are approximately 3 to 6 months. We have done deals in a matter of days, but some take up to a year or more. There is no real guideline we can provide that will be accurate as it depends entirely on the property and current market conditions at the time.
Do I need to provide financial proof?
Yes. Verified financials significantly increase buyer trust and sale price. At minimum, sellers should be prepared to provide analytics access, financial profit and loss statements (P&Ls) or proof of revenue upon request.
Can I sell anonymously?
Yes—your identity can remain private from the public and from unverified buyers. Broker.xxx lists properties confidentially to protect their brand, staff, and revenue sources. However, for legal and compliance reasons, we do require your full details to be provided privately. This information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for executing the brokerage agreement and completing the final sale documents with the buyer. Full anonymity is not possible in a legitimate transaction, but your identity is never disclosed publicly or unnecessarily.
How do you determine my website’s value?
Valuations are typically based on monthly net profit, growth trends, traffic quality, monetization stability, and category or niche risk. We may provide a suggested range based on current market conditions and comparable sales, but sellers ultimately choose their asking price.
How do you prevent scams?
We perform limited due diligence, identity verification, transaction monitoring, escrow protection, and manual reviews to reduce risk. However, buyers must still perform their own due diligence before making a purchase decision.

Can I back out after making or accepting an offer?
