Getting started is simple:

1. Create a free Broker account.
2. Complete your Buyer profile.
3. Share your unique referral link with buyers or sellers who may be interested in Broker.xxx.

Already have an account? Great! Simply use your existing referral link to introduce more users during the promotion period. You can find your personal referral link by logging into your Broker account and navigating to Dashboard → Referrals. From there, copy your Affiliate URL and share it with your network. If you don't have a Broker account yet, create one below and join the Fall Promotion.

Earn 20% of Broker’s Commission

The Broker Referral Program is available all year round. Introduce Broker.xxx to a Buyer or Seller and earn 20% of Broker’s commission when the referred deal successfully closes. The transaction does not need to close during the promotion period. As long as the referral is correctly attributed to your account and later results in a completed deal, you remain eligible for the referral commission under Broker.xxx's existing Referral Program Terms. The Fall Promotion adds even more rewards for introducing qualified new members to Broker.xxx.

Milestone Referral Draw

For every 3 qualified referrals you make during the promotion period, you will receive one entry into the Fall Promotion draw. For example:

• 3 qualified referrals = 1 entry
• 6 qualified referrals = 2 entries
• 9 qualified referrals = 3 entries

The draw winner will receive:

• Collectibles previously owned by Hugh Hefner
• Apple Magic Trackpad, new in box
• A 60-minute private session with Juicy Jay, Founder of Broker.xxx

During the private session, the winner can choose to discuss:

Top Referrer Award

The participant who generates the highest number of qualified referrals during the promotion period will receive the Top Referrer Award. The Top Referrer will receive:

• A Brain.fm subscription
• A 60-minute private session with Juicy Jay, Founder of Broker.xxx

The session can focus on Selling and Pre-Exit Strategy, Buying and Acquisition Strategy, or broader Business Strategy. The Top Referrer also remains eligible to earn 20% of Broker’s commission if any referred Buyer or Seller goes on to complete a successful deal, regardless of whether that deal closes during or after the promotion.

What Counts as a Qualified Referral?

For the purposes of the Fall Promotion, a qualified referral is a genuine new user who:

• Creates a new Broker account through your unique referral link.
• Completes their Buyer profile.
• Passes Broker.xxx’s internal review and verification requirements.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or artificially created accounts will not count toward the promotion.

Who Can Participate?

The promotion is open to:

• New Broker users who create an account and begin referring others.
• Existing Broker users who share their unique referral link with qualified Buyers or Sellers.

All Broker accounts are Buyer accounts by default, although account holders may also use Broker.xxx to explore selling opportunities.

Promotion Period

The Broker Fall Promotion runs during September through November 30, 2026. Only qualified referrals completed within the official promotion period will count toward the Top Referrer Award and Milestone Referral Draw.

Terms and Conditions

• A qualified referral is a genuine new Broker user who registers through a participant’s unique referral link and completes their Buyer profile during the promotion period.
• Participants will receive one (1) entry into the Milestone Referral Draw for every three (3) qualified referrals.
• Referral totals that do not reach the next multiple of three will not generate an additional draw entry.
• The Top Referrer Award will be presented to the eligible participant with the highest number of verified qualified referrals during the promotion period.
• In the event of a tie for the Top Referrer Award, Broker.xxx reserves the right to apply an additional tie-breaking process.
• Referral commissions are paid in accordance with Broker.xxx’s existing Referral Program Terms and are not limited to transactions completed during the promotion period.
• Broker.xxx reserves the right to review and verify all referrals and to reject or disqualify duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, artificial, or otherwise ineligible accounts.
• Prizes are subject to availability. Broker.xxx reserves the right to replace a prize with another item or service of comparable value when reasonably necessary.
• No cash alternative will be provided for physical prizes or strategy sessions.
